Prints

All prints are archival quality.  

Fine art, giclée, prints are made on a beautiful, thick (290 gsm), fine art archival paper.  It is bright white, made from 100 percent cotton, and has a slightly textured surface.  I tested my images on many different papers, from many different printing companies, until I found this combination, which I love.

The matte photo paper used for several prints is Fuji Deep Matte, which is completely matte, with no shine or texture.  It has a velvety-smooth surface.  

Metallic paper prints are made with Kodak Metallic paper, which is a high-gloss, high-contrast paper with great color depth and a shimmery, metallic finish.

GIANT PAPER FLOWERS

These flowers are made with imported Italian and German crepe papers.  The crepe paper is not waterproof and flowers should be kept away from all liquids, as the dye in the paper will run and fade after getting wet. The paper is also very sensitive to light, so it is advised that flowers be displayed out of direct sunlight.  Please note that flowers kept under bright indoor lighting will also fade over time.  

These flowers are all shipped with their own stems, which are made from a heavy-duty pipe that is both flexible and strong.  Stems will be coiled (like a garden hose) when shipped so that they will fit in the packaging.  All flowers also come with leaves that can be easily attached to their stems.  

These flowers do not include a base to hold them up, but with your flower I will include instructions for making your own inexpensive base.  You'll be amazed at how easy, and affordable, it is to put together a sturdy base!

SHIPPING

The shop is currently shipping to U.S. addresses only.  For international orders, please email and we will give you a shipping quote based on your order and location.

 All prints are carefully packaged and shipped via USPS Priority Mail, in a rigid flat-mailer or tube, depending on size. All prints are made to order, so please allow 7-10 business days for processing and printing.  Once shipped, print orders should arrive in 1-3 business days.  

All giant flowers will be shipped via USPS Retail Ground, which takes approximately 2-8 business days.  For expedited shipping, you may select the USPS Priority Express option at checkout.  USPS Priority Express takes approximately 1-3 business days.

RETURNS

Please note that all sales are final.  Returns and exchanges are not allowed, with exception to certain cases. Please email botanicalcalifornia@gmail.com to discuss any concerns you may have.
